Production time

Every cap is embroidered to order. Production is completed before your order is dispatched, so total delivery time is production time plus shipping time.

Dispatch and delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout before payment. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

International orders

We ship to multiple international markets. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply depending on your destination and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delays

Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak periods can extend delivery times beyond the original estimate. Contact us if your order appears to be significantly delayed.
